Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Founding Member — ₹599/month (GST-inclusive)
• Quarterly — ₹1,100/quarter (GST-inclusive)

Payment may be one-time or, if you opt in, auto-renewing (recurring).

• You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle; it is not pro-rated into a partial refund (except as in Section 3).
• Cancelling recurring payments also revokes the auto-debit mandate for future cycles.

a) Refund after your first meetup.

Attend your first meetup, feel the room — and if it isn’t the right fit, email hello@eventsheaven.com within 24 hours after your first meetup endsand we’ll refund your first payment in full, no questions asked.

The deadline is based on when you send your request, not when we respond or process the refund. Requests received after the 24-hour window are not eligible under this guarantee. No explanation is required.

b) If we cannot form a circle for you.

Because circles need enough members to begin, if we are unable to place you in a circle within 30 days of your first successful payment, you may request a full refund of that payment. Contact hello@eventsheaven.com within 45 days of payment.

c) Cooling-off before your first meet.

If you have paid but have not yet attended any meetup, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.

d) After the guarantee window.

After the 24-hour window in (a), refunds for not liking the circle are no longer available. You can still cancel anytime to stop future charges (Section 2). The separate cases in (b), (c), (e) and (f), and your statutory rights, are unaffected.

e) Renewals.

Auto-renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date. If a renewal is charged in genuine error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it.

f) Duplicate / failed / erroneous transactions.

Any duplicate charge or amount debited without service will be refunded in full after verification.

• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval; the time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank/UPI provider.
• GST already remitted on a refunded amount will be adjusted as per applicable tax rules.
• Once your full membership refund is successfully processed, your membership ends: your circle, chat and meetup access is revoked, and any linked auto-renewal is cancelled. An ordinary subscription cancellation without a refund still keeps access until the end of the paid term, as described in Section 2.

If a scheduled payment fails or is not made, access to circles, chat, and meetups may be suspended or blocked until payment is completed. This is not a penalty or charge; it is a pause of service.

Email hello@eventsheaven.com (or WhatsApp +91 88540 25454) from your registered email with your name and payment date. For the first-meetup refund, send your request within 24 hours after that meetup ends; a reason is optional. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
