Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Events Heaven memberships, operated by Events Heaven (eventsheaven.com). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Subscription plans

  • Founding Member — ₹399/month (GST-inclusive)
  • Quarterly — ₹1,000/quarter (GST-inclusive)

Payment may be one-time or, if you opt in, auto-renewing (recurring).

2. Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle; it is not pro-rated into a partial refund (except as in Section 3).
  • Cancelling recurring payments also revokes the auto-debit mandate for future cycles.

3. Refunds

a) If we cannot form a circle for you.

Because circles need enough members to begin, if we are unable to place you in a circle within 30 days of your first successful payment, you may request a full refund of that payment. Contact hello@eventsheaven.com within 45 days of payment.

b) Cooling-off on first payment.

If you have paid but have not yet been placed in a circle and have not attended any meetup, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.

c) After you are placed / have attended.

Once you have been placed in a circle or have attended a meetup for a billing cycle, that cycle’s fee is non-refundable, as the service has been substantially provided.

d) Renewals.

Auto-renewal charges are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date. If a renewal is charged in genuine error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it.

e) Duplicate / failed / erroneous transactions.

Any duplicate charge or amount debited without service will be refunded in full after verification.

4. How refunds are processed

  • Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval; the time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank/UPI provider.
  • GST already remitted on a refunded amount will be adjusted as per applicable tax rules.

5. Pausing access for non-payment

If a scheduled payment fails or is not made, access to circles, chat, and meetups may be suspended or blocked until payment is completed. This is not a penalty or charge; it is a pause of service.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@eventsheaven.com (or WhatsApp +91 88540 25454) from your registered email with your name, the payment date, and the reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
