Terms & Conditions

Events Heaven is a paid membership community that welcomes members into circles of around 20 people and helps them meet in person for weekly theme-based sessions to socialise, learn, present, and network. We facilitate introductions, curate themes, and organise venues and timings. We are a facilitator only — we are not responsible for the conduct, statements, safety, or actions of any member before, during, or after a meetup (see Section 9).

• You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a contract in India.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details current.
• One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• On completing sign-up you are assigned an alias (display name). Your real name and contact details are private by default and are not shown to other members unless you choose to make specific fields public using the visibility controls in your profile.
• You can log in any time with your registered email to edit your profile, change what information is public or private, manage your subscription, and view announcements.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login.

• Membership is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans:
  • Founding Member — ₹399 per month (inclusive of applicable GST)
  • Quarterly — ₹1,000 per quarter (inclusive of applicable GST)
• All prices are shown inclusive of GST. A GST tax invoice showing the base amount and tax breakup will be made available for each payment.
• We may change prices prospectively. Existing Founding Members will retain their founding rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uncancelled, at our discretion as stated at sign-up.

• If you opt in to recurring payments, you authorise us and our payment partner (Razorpay) to automatically charge your chosen payment method (UPI Autopay / e-mandate / card) at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. You will be informed of the amount and frequency before you authorise the mandate.
• You may cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Non-payment: if a scheduled payment fails or is not made, your access to circles, chat, and meetups may be suspended or blocked until payment is completed. Repeated failure may result in cancellation of your membership.

• Your subscription pays for membership, circle placement, curation, community access, and facilitation — it does not cover food, drinks, travel, or any spending at a venue, which you pay for yourself.
• We may provide small materials (e.g. a badge, paper) at our discretion; these are not guaranteed.
• Circle formation and meetup scheduling depend on sufficient member availability in your city. If a circle cannot be formed for you, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

• Meetup venues, dates, and times are communicated via the Platform and/or WhatsApp. Details may change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
• Attendance is voluntary. You are responsible for your own transport, belongings, and safety.

By participating, you agree that you will not:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse any member (including on the basis of gender, religion, caste, ethnicity, disability, or sexual orientation);
• Share another member’s private information without their consent;
• Solicit, spam, promote unrelated businesses/MLM, or use the community primarily for sales;
• Attend meetups under the influence to the point of disruption, or engage in any unlawful conduct;
• Record or photograph other members without their consent;
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban any member who violates this Code, without refund, and may report unlawful conduct to authorities. You can report or block other members from within the Platform.

• Events Heaven facilitates introductions between adults who are otherwise strangers. You meet other members at your own risk. We do not conduct background checks unless expressly stated, and we do not vouch for any member.
• You are solely responsible for exercising judgement and taking precautions when meeting or communicating with other members.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Events Heaven and the proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the Platform, interactions with other members, or attendance at meetups. Our total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

All Platform content, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Events Heaven. You may not copy, resell, or exploit any part without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct harmful to the community, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
